About Adventure With Coffee

Tyler and Grace Wittkofsky, a husband-and-wife team who have been together since 2015 and married since 2020, have struggled through numerous trials and tribulations throughout the course of their relationship.  They have triumphed over every challenge that has been set in their path in order to evolve into a power couple that is capable of doing anything. Today, they are traveling across the continental United States in their RV Dink and Jeep Ginger, accompanied by com-pup-ions Dutch, Belle, and Rocky. Through their journey, they document their various adventures, pass along RVing tips they learn along the way, and give you the scoop on the best food, coffee, and beer across the country.

About Tyler and Grace

Meet Grace

Grace graduated from Salem College in May of 2018 with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Since graduating, she has traveled frequently with Tyler and their pups, worked as a spa manager, helped her husband start a publishing company, and now works as a college admissions counselor.

Meet Tyler

Tyler graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with his master of business administration with a concentration in business analytics in 2019. Since graduating, he has gone on to win three awards for his marketing and communications work, publish three mental health inclusive books, start a diversity publishing company with Grace, and travel with his Grace and dogs Belle, Dutch, & Rocky.

About Dutch, Belle, and Rocky

Meet the adorable canine companions who bring joy and comfort to Tyler and Grace on their adventures.

Meet Dutch

Tyler and Grace adopted Dutch in the winter of 2017. While Grace was off at college, Tyler leaned on Dutch during his dark battles with mental illness. Dutch has provided comfort to both Tyler and Grace over the years. Dutch is a rescue from the Brunswick County Sherriff’s Office.

Meet Belle

Tyler and Grace adopted Belle in the fall of 2019. Belle is an energetic pup who loves to be loved on. She is a people lover for sure. She was rescued from the Cape Fear Rescue League.

Meet Rocky

Rocky was originally owned by Gracies late brother, Christian. He is the most loving and cuddly dog ever! He was adopted by Tyler and Gracie in 2023 as the newest member of the Adventure With Coffee Crew.

About Dink and Ginger

Discover the beloved RV and the newest addition to the Adventure With Coffee family, providing the means for Tyler and Grace to traverse the roads with freedom and excitement.

Meet Dink

Dink is a 2008 Coachman Concord 300 TS that Tyler and Gracie bought from Tyler’s grandpa, Skip. Dink is named after Tyler’s great grandma, Skip’s mom.

Meet Ginger

Ginger is a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon that Tyler and Gracie got on their first extended stay in Dink at Ocean Lakes Family Campground. They bought her from Coastal Nissan. Named after her firecracker red color, she’s the latest addition to the Adventure With Coffee family.
